Azerbaijani Farmers Actively Explore the Caspian Agro and InterFood Azerbaijan Exhibitions

This year, our Center organized a visit to the Caspian Agro and InterFood Azerbaijan exhibitions for representatives of ten farming households from the region. Arranging visits to these exhibitions for farmers — those directly working the land — is an excellent initiative. Over recent years, our farmers have had a valuable opportunity to familiarize themselves with the latest advancements and innovative ideas in agriculture, directly from the producers.
Azerbaijan's climate is diverse, and farmers from different regions may have varied interests when it comes to agricultural practices. Specifically, for our region, the key issues are water usage and irrigation, as well as methods to boost crop yields while using less water. It’s gratifying to see that the exhibition covers all these relevant topics, allowing farmers from across the country to find the information they need and get professional advice. The business connections formed at the exhibition are strong, and the next step is to put the knowledge gained into action.
